The 2nd edition of Tempest Training Academy kicks off!
After the great success of the 1st edition, the structured 10 week training program designed to provide new entrants to the recruitment market with the very high standard knowledge and skills, is ready to start.
2015 has just arrived and everyone has already made their own resolution list.
In general dieting, starting the gym and quitting smoking seem to be the most common goals; Tempest Resourcing’s resolution for the New Year is: GROW, GROW, and GROW.
As a demonstration of that, today the second edition of the Tempest Recruitment Academy has started, with four young brilliant trainees, ready to turn into very high standard talented recruitment consultants.
The Academy, held by Rachael Donohoe and Michael Humphreys – both Associate Directors of the Education and Social Work Divisions respectively – and in partnership with the RecruiterHub, is a 10 week training plan, formed by a structured combination of:
- Training sessions
- Sales Activities
- Weekly Reviews
Each week and at the end of the Academy, lots of prestigious prizes will be given as a reward to the most successful and efficient apprentice: from champagne to a variety of vouchers and finally the new iPhone 6, which only the most talented will take home.
