Tempest Education out to conquer Ireland!

Ofsted's watchdog informs us that thousands more teachers will be needed over the next decade. Tempest Resourcing responds with its recruitment crusade to source the best teachers and NQTs in Ireland.

With the New Year just beginning, Tempest Resourcing are busier than ever.

Our Training Academy has kicked off, the recruitment teams are developing at high speed and the international division is expanding its borders in the Middle East.

In addition to this our Education team is ready to send its fleet of professional consultants to the "Emerald Isle", where important teacher recruitment campaigns are already being booked:

The first week of March 2015, Tempest Resourcing will be at NUI University in Galway and University of Cork, to meet experienced and Newly Qualified Teachers, ready to start their professional career in London.

"As professionals of the Education sector, Tempest Resourcing knows well that Irish trained teachers represent top quality for all of our clients in Primary, Secondary and Special Education Needs schools" – says Stephen Wilson, Resourcing Manager at Tempest and coordinator of the Irish recruitment project– "University open days are the best solution to meeting the demand for candidates and giving an immediate first class response to our clients. As demonstration of that, the Teacher Recruitment fair Tempest Resourcing took part in at the University of Reading on the 8th January, recorded a great success: 70% of NQTs who registered with us that day, have already been shortlisted and interviewed by some of our clients in east and north London".

Tempest Resourcing's business plan is full of activities for 2015. Being in Ireland is one of them and we're very excited to meet the Irish market, where we're keen to build up successful, long lasting relationships.
