Chris has over 10 years’ experience in Allied Health recruitment, specialising in Physiotherapy and wider AHP markets. He began his career as a top-performing biller before progressing into leadership roles, managing teams across Physiotherapy and Speech & Language Therapy.

He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and developing specialist desks, having been headhunted to establish the Medical (AHP) division at Hojona. Chris is known for his hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and maintaining high standards across both client delivery and candidate experience.

At Tempest, Chris leads the Therapies division, working closely with clients across healthcare, education and local authorities to deliver high-quality, relationship-led staffing solutions.
