We are seeking an Experienced Team Manager to join the Building Opportunities team and work proactively across Direct Services with the management team to develop, progress and improve the services delivered by Direct Services.
The Team Manager is expected to be able to develop a creative approach to care provision across 2 day centres. This will be through ensuring that staff receive appropriate training and development opportunities and enabling them to provide the highest level of care with a focus on outcome-based and positive approaches to working.
The Team Manager (Building Opportunities) role has an emphasis on the Autistic agenda within Brent, developing funding streams and expanding the social enterprise project.
