Adults Social Worker - Neighbourhood Team | Bolton, Greater Manchester

Bolton are looking for a SW for the Neighbourhood team any age adult SW 18+ with any need other than Learning Disability. The candidate will be focusing on outdated reviews 4 per week. Candidates that have been completing ongoing reviews in another authority would be ideal.

The candidate will be working with health professionals such as district nurses, therapists etc

Candidates should have experience and knowledge of:

  • Care act assessment,
  • Strength based support planning
  • BIA and capacity reviews,
  • Safeguarding

Candidates must have 2 years experience within a specific neighbourhood team - otherwise 3 years experience+ is required

Candidates must be local to Bolton and able to commit to working in Bolton as role is hybrid but must be able to make it in to the office or complete a visit at short notice - (based in Bolton, Bury, Wigan)

50/50 office and Hybrid working but candidates will be fully office based for the first 4 weeks.
