Tempest Resourcing is working with a specialist SEN secondary setting in the Croydon / Beckenham area to recruit a part-time, qualified Art Teacher for an immediate start.

This role is ideal for a creative and committed Art Teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a nurturing and structured environment.

🖌️ The Role

• Teach engaging and differentiated Art lessons to secondary-aged pupils
• Adapt planning and delivery to meet a range of SEN needs
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation through creativity
• Work closely with support staff and the wider SEN team

👩‍🏫 The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Art at secondary level
• SEN / SEMH experience is desirable but not essential
• Calm, resilient, and flexible teaching style
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
