Behaviour Mentor - Croydon - SEMH Experienced Required
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? I am looking for Behaviour Mentors to join an Outstanding-rated AP in Croydon, supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

Responsibilities
- Support children in their learning and development by implementing individualized behavior management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective communication and mentoring.
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to address the unique needs of each child.
- Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs, including speech therapy and early childhood education activities.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to parents and educators as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to use initiative.
✅ A child and adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
✅ Full-time availability and a strong sense of commitment.
✅ Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.
✅ Previous experience working with SEMH needs in a PRU or similar setting.
