About the Role
We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support
De-escalate challenging situations
Build positive relationships with students
Support classroom learning
Requirements
Experience working with young people (school, youth work, care)
Understanding of SEMH needs
Calm, resilient, and proactive approach
