We are looking for experienced and compassionate clinicians to provide essential support for young persons with complex needs. These roles will involve completing risk assessments and developing tailored therapeutic formulations, so previous experience in inpatient and/or residential settings, risk assessment, and crisis team work will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out thorough risk assessments and create individualised therapeutic plans.

  • Work collaboratively within care packages, alongside a dedicated team of nurses and other clinical professionals

  • Specialised support for cases involving psychosis, unstable mental health, complex psychological and developmental needs

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in inpatient and/or residential care and crisis team settings.

  • Extensive experience particularly within Neurodevelopmental disorders, and trauma-related difficulties.
  • Strong skills in risk assessment and therapeutic formulation.

  • A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.

  • A deep understanding of supporting neurodivergent young people, especially those with complex and challenging backgrounds.
