Customer Services Officer - (Council Tax Advisor)
Hours per week: 36
Rate: Around £23 umbrella an hour
Contract: Initial 3 months rolling from then onwards, expected to go on long term
Software: Academy
Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office, 3 days working from home.

* At least 3 years' experience as a Revenues Officer in Council Tax
* Council Tax Knowledge
* Good Knowledge Of Council Tax
* To deliver a high-quality customer service across all channels not limited to telephone but mostly.
* To ensure the responses to enquirers comply with organisational standards, procedures and legislative requirements.
* To deliver the highest standards of customer care and improve customer satisfaction through survey delivery
* To support and drive the digital and channel shift programme.
* Working knowledge of Council Tax legislation and previous experience in local authorities council tax service.
