Deputy Childcare and Children's Centre Services Manager
Location: Haringey, London
Pay rate: £400 per day
Tempest Resourcing is recruiting a Deputy Childcare and Children's Centre Services Manager to support the delivery of high-quality early education and childcare in Haringey.
Working as part of the senior management team, you will work closely with the Executive Head of Childcare Services to oversee day-to-day childcare management across three local authority-maintained nursery provisions.
Key responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of childcare services, ensuring consistently high-quality provision.
Work under the direction of the Executive Head of Childcare Services and deputise when required.
Deputise for the Executive Head of Children's Centre Services during sickness or annual leave.
Contribute to the development of the centres' ethos, policies and working practices.
Work collaboratively with the senior management team to maintain high standards of early education and childcare.
About you
Applicants must have experience of working with children in an early years setting. You should also demonstrate:
A strong commitment to high-quality early education and childcare.
Effective communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
The ability to support service management and take on deputising responsibilities.
