About the Role
As part of our Kensington & Chelsea Bank Staff team, you'll support nurseries across the borough, helping create fun, nurturing learning environments.
We require candidates who are:
* Qualified only - Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred)
* Available ASAP
* Able to work at least 3 days per week between 8am-4:30pm
Kensington & Chelsea has ongoing demand for reliable Early Years staff - meaning you'll have regular, rewarding work.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Supporting nursery teams with daily routines and supervision
* Delivering engaging, play-based activities
* Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
* Bringing energy, reliability, and professionalism to every setting
Requirements:
* Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
* Available for immediate start
* At least 6 months Early Years experience (Mandatory)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Physically fit and energetic - Early Years is hands-on
* Flexible and able to travel across Kensington & Chelsea
* Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
