Are you a passionate and creative EYFS Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children with complex needs? A welcoming and well-resourced SEND school in Sutton is seeking a committed Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join their dedicated team.
About the School
This specialist provision supports pupils aged 3-11 with a wide range of complex needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Communication and sensory needs

The Role
As the EYFS Teacher, you will:
- Lead a small, well-supported EYFS class
- Plan and deliver creative, sensory-based lessons tailored to individual learning plans
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and parents
- Use communication strategies such as PECs & Makaton (training available)
- Foster a nurturing, structured, and inclusive atmosphere where all children can thrive
What We're Looking For
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or EYTS
- Experience in EYFS (mainstream or SEND)
- A patient, adaptable approach and genuine passion for early childhood development
- Knowledge of SEND strategies (desirable but training can be provided)
