Family Time Team Co-ordinator | Worcestershire

We are seeking a Family Time Team Co-ordinator. The Family Time team enables the local authority to fulfil its duties and responsibilities to promote contact for children with their birth family. For some children, the provision of a supervising facilitator is essential to ensure that time with family and friends is a safe and positive experience.

You will have excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills to lead the family time team in Worcestershire County Council. You will support a team of family time workers who are responsible for supervising contact between children and their families. You will be responsible for the allocation of work within the family time team and associated IT processes, screening and progressing referrals into the team, co-ordination of a duty system, supervision of Family Time staff and feedback from children, their families and carers about their experience of the service.

This full-time role will involve hybrid working, with the opportunity to be office-based and work remotely.
