We're seeking an experienced Fostering Support & Development Team Manager to support the wider Fostering Service at Medway.
We're looking for someone who will be able to provide support across the service for 3 months to support with the workload across their 4 teams. This post is to manage a team of Supervising Social Worker, Family Support Worker and a Placement Officer. The Team Manager oversees the Support and Development of foster placement, along with the evaluation and monitoring via Annual Reviews.
