Tempest Resourcing are recruiting an experienced Health & Social Care Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking 6th Form College in Liverpool. This is a full-time, long-term role with an immediate start, offering stability and the opportunity to make a real impact on learners preparing for further education and careers in the care sector.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality Health & Social Care lessons to post-16 learners.

  • Confidently teach the OCR curriculum, ensuring learners are supported, challenged, and prepared for assessments.

  • Plan, deliver, and mark coursework to a high standard.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the department and support students in achieving their academic goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching Health & Social Care at Level 3 within a school or college setting.

  • Strong understanding and experience delivering the OCR Health & Social Care specification.

  • QTS, QTLS or relevant teaching qualification.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to start ASAP and commit to the full duration of the placement.
