Salary: MPS1-MPS2 (Dependent on experience)

You'll be supported by an experienced mentor, Senior Leadership Team, and SENCo, ensuring you receive the guidance and professional development needed to make a confident start to your teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with year group colleagues, support staff, and subject leaders.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community, including extra-curricular and enrichment activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - suitable for ECTs in their 1st or 2nd year of induction.
- A genuine passion for teaching and learning in KS2.
- Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
- A reflective and proactive approach to professional growth.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and positive attitude towards children and school life.
