KS2 Teacher

About the Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the curriculum in an engaging and effective way, supporting the academic and personal development of pupils aged 7-11. You will work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community to create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS2
• Monitor and assess pupil progress and provide timely feedback
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere
• Engage with parents and colleagues to support children's learning and wellbeing
• Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings

Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2 preferred but not essential
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for inspiring children and commitment to their development
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and school community
