Tempest Resourcing are looking for a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary SEND school in netherley. This is a rewarding, full-time role supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASC, complex needs and challenging behaviours.

About the Role

• Full-time position within a specialist SEND setting

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs across KS1/KS2

• Occasional classroom cover, so confidence leading small groups is essential

• Working closely with teachers, therapists and the wider support team

• Helping create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Level 3 TA qualification or Level 3+ Health & Social Care

• Previous classroom-based experience is essential

• Confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and ASC

• Experience in SEND schools or similar environments is highly desirable

• Must have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
