We're seeking a Lead for Practice Development and Assurance to join the Children with Disabilities Team at Haringey.
The Children with Disabilities Team is looking for an experienced practitioner with DCT knowledge and experience, who can work with the team for 1-3 months to:
- To draft a report covering the following areas:
- Review of the current allocated cases, which consist of CP, CLA, court, CIN, and short break CIN.
- Quality of practice across the team
- Any safeguarding risks
- Quality and effectiveness of supervision
- Strategies for improving practice in the service
- Review of current service structure
