We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a welcoming college environment supporting learners across both Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Mainstream Education.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across a range of subjects.
- Assist learners with SEN including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and other additional learning needs.
- Support mainstream learners who require additional academic or pastoral assistance.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Help students develop essential life, study, and employability skills.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Promote safeguarding and student wellbeing at all times.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience working with young people in an educational, care, youth work, or support setting.
- A passion for supporting students with additional learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational and classroom support skills.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Health & Social Care, or SEN (desirable but not essential).
