About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school environment, working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role involves providing both educational support and personal care, ensuring students are able to access learning in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
• Assist students with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner
• Support the delivery of tailored learning activities in line with individual education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and other professionals to support student development
• Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Experience or willingness to provide personal care
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
