We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join the South Gloucestershire Youth Justice Service who is committed to creating a child-centred approach to youth justice, grounded in the principles of Child First. Engagement is at the core of this approach, ensuring that children are actively involved in and committed to the decisions and outcomes throughout their journey in the youth justice system.
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of working in Youth justice services; using youth justice case management systems (e.g. Childview) and of managing and supervising youth justice staff to a high standard. Desirable for a professional qualification (social work, probation,) otherwise extensive management experience in the field and a qualification of degree level is required.
