Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil progress.
Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
Contribute to school initiatives, staff meetings, and the wider school community.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A positive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.
