Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead my client's Reablement & Independence Service in Slough.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a well-established reablement service supporting adults to regain independence following illness, injury or hospital discharge. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, managing Team Leaders, Supervisors and Reablement Assistants while working closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Social Care colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

This is primarily an office-based role with occasional community visits, offering the opportunity to shape and develop a recovery-focused service that helps reduce long-term care needs and supports people to live independently.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Registered Manager within a community care, rehabilitation or reablement service
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the Care Act 2014
  • Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience managing staff, resources and service performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
