Job Title: Repairs Scheduler

Role Overview
The Repairs Scheduler will support a housing repairs service by coordinating and scheduling maintenance works. The role requires strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple repair requests in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned repairs
Liaise with tenants to book, confirm, and update appointments
Communicate with contractors and operatives to allocate work
Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding repairs
Update internal systems accurately and in real time
Prioritise works in line with service level agreements
Provide a professional and customer-focused service
Essential Experience & Skills
Previous experience in repairs scheduling, maintenance coordination, or housing
Strong telephone and customer service skills
Ability to manage high volumes of work
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Confident using systems and databases
Ability to work on site, Monday to Friday
