Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Locations: North East London & North West London

Start Date: Summer Term

Tempest Resourcing is delighted to be working with several "Outstanding" and "Good" Primary and Secondary Schools across North East and North West London. These schools are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to join their teams for the upcoming Summer Term.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is essential.
• Additional SEN experience (e.g., SEMH, speech and language needs, or physical disabilities) will be considered a strong advantage.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils in achieving their full potential, both academically and socially.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
