SEN TA

An Ofsted-rated Outstanding specialist provision in Harmondsworth is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team this September 2025.

The school supports children and young people with Autism (ASD), speech and language needs, and complex learning difficulties, providing a highly structured, nurturing environment where students are encouraged to reach their full potential.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have proven experience supporting students with ASD, speech and language difficulties, or complex SEN
• Are patient, resilient, and passionate about working with young people with additional needs
• Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Have experience within SEN settings or mainstream schools with significant SEN exposure
