Job Title: SEN Teacher - Year 3

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in Liverpool. This exciting opportunity is to teach a Year 3 class with a range of Special Educational Needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties and SEMH.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe and valued.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support pupils' learning and wellbeing.
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress closely.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, building strong home-school partnerships.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Experience teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs (preferably in Key Stage 2).
- Excellent understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and behaviour management.
- Patient, resilient, and committed to making a difference in children's lives.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
