What you'll do:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups to support students with a range of SEN needs
• Help create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support student progress

• Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other settings)
• A calm, patient and flexible approach
