Headteacher - Primary (KS1 & KS2)
📍 Northenden, Manchester
👥 Approximately 30 pupils
💰 £51,773 - £60,145 (Leadership Scale L1-L7)

Lead a specialist primary provision, driving school improvement, safeguarding excellence and outstanding teaching and learning while developing a high-performing staff team.


Head of School - Vocational Provision (KS3 & KS4)
📍 Tameside
👥 Approximately 28 pupils
💰 £47,072 - £51,048 (Upper Pay Scale)

Take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a specialist vocational setting, working closely with the Executive Headteacher to deliver exceptional outcomes for young people with additional needs.


Deputy Headteacher - Primary (KS1 & KS2)
📍 Northenden, Manchester
👥 Approximately 30 pupils
💰 £42,350 - £51,048 (M5 - Upper Pay Scale 3)

Support the Headteacher in driving school improvement, leading teaching and learning, and developing an inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive.


Deputy Headteacher - Secondary (KS3 & KS4)
📍 Wythenshawe, Manchester
👥 Approximately 30 pupils
💰 £42,350 - £51,048 (M5 - Upper Pay Scale 3)

Play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of a specialist secondary provision, leading staff and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.


We're Looking For

You'll be an inspirational and resilient leader who is passionate about transforming the lives of children and young people.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Degree qualification

  • Proven senior leadership experience within education

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and school improvement

  • Experience leading and developing staff

  • Track record of raising standards and improving pupil outcomes

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH or within specialist/alternative provision

  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills

Desirable

  • NPQSL or NPQH (or willingness to work towards)

  • Ofsted inspection and school improvement experience

  • Leadership within specialist SEND or Alternative Provision settings
