Senior Practitioner - MASH | Bromley, London

We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Children & Families Hub (previously MASH)

We are seeking applicants with experience in assessing risk in a multi-agency context who are able to demonstrate that they have the knowledge, skills and experience of children and families work. Knowledge of legislation and statutory guidance relating to safeguarding and sharing confidential information with partner agencies to protect and support children is essential.

The post holder will contribute to the Social Work perspective and deliver high-quality screening, making sound recommendations based, and the ability to make decisions commensurate with the role.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced, qualified social work practitioner with an exceptionally high standard of front-line statutory social work experience, skills and knowledge, who works effectively with colleagues and enjoys collaborative working. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent recording skills and the ability to use IT recording systems.
