Our client in Redbridge is seeking an experienced Senior Social Work Practitioner to join their Parenting Assessment Service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled safeguarding professional to work with families involved in pre-proceedings and care proceedings, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions that support informed decision-making and positive outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake high-quality parenting assessments for families involved in pre-proceedings and care proceedings
* Produce detailed, evidence-based reports and recommendations
* Analyse complex information to inform safeguarding decisions and care planning
* Provide written and verbal evidence within court proceedings
* Supervise and support a Family Support Worker within the team
* Ensure families receive tailored interventions that support the assessment process
* Work collaboratively with children, families, legal professionals, and partner agencies
* Maintain accurate and timely case recordings and assessments
