We are currently seeking a Senior Practitioner/Social Worker who has an extensive experience in learning disabilities and neurodiversity. Role is for an initial 3 month period.
Responsibilities will include:
-Completion of robust S42 enquires
-Completion of evidence based Mental Capacity Assessments
-Completion of strengths based Care Act reviews/Assessments and Support Plans
-Multi agency working to manage risks and to achieve best outcomes for individuals we support
-Experience of Com DoL work and court of protection essential
