Speech and Language Therapist - East London
Salary: £45,123 - £53,603 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Maternity Cover
Working Pattern: Term-time
Location: East London
We are currently recruiting for a Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist education setting in East London, supporting children and young people with a range of communication and speech and language needs.

The Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
- Provide specialist assessment, intervention and advice for children and young people.
- Develop and deliver individualised speech and language therapy programmes.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, support staff and families.
- Contribute to EHCP targets and reviews.
- Support staff to develop communication strategies within the educational environment.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for students.
About You
We are looking for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist who:
- Is HCPC registered.
- Has experience working with children and/or young people.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting communication and learning.
- Is confident working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Is committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred therapy.
