Are you an exceptional, experienced Learning Support Assistant with a passion for making a real difference in Year 1? I am seeking a highly skilled LSA to join a vibrant team in a mainstream primary school, focusing specifically on group intervention and phonics support.

I am looking for looking for an LSA who can demonstrate:

A proven track record of supporting Year 1 pupils, with a deep understanding of their unique learning and developmental needs.
Excellence in leading small group interventions across core subjects (literacy, numeracy), helping children to consolidate learning and accelerate progress.
Strong phonics expertise, confidently delivering systematic phonics instruction and supporting children through various phases.
A knack for using creative and engaging strategies to keep young learners motivated and focused.
Excellent behaviour management skills, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
A collaborative spirit, working closely with the class teacher to support the holistic development of every child.

Role Details:
Hours: 5 days a week, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Schedule: Term time only
Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Waltham Forest
