The Details
Working Pattern: 4 days per week.
Daily Hours: 4.5 hours per day (18 hours total).
Location: Polhill Avenue, Bedford.
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Support: Lead small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy to close attainment gaps.
Classroom Partnership: Work alongside class teachers to adapt learning materials and create an inclusive environment.
Holistic Development: Support the social and emotional well-being of pupils, ensuring every child feels valued.

Candidate Requirements
