We're seeking an experienced team manager to join the Hospital Discharge Neighbourhood teams (HDNT) to support the delivery of statutory duties and timely discharges.
As a Team Manager, you will lead, motivate and direct a team of professional social workers and deliver a high standard of social work whilst ensuring that the statutory duties and responsibilities of the Local Authority are being met.
