We are seeking an experienced Youth Justice Quality Assurance (QA) Leader to be part of the YJS leadership team at the London Borough of Hackney to support the management and development of quality assurance, planning and delivery of evidence-based and outcome-focused interventions and programmes. You will ensure quality standards are met in accordance with National Standards for Youth Justice, and that statutory obligations and procedures are met, and evidence compliance with service level agreements and corporate policies.
You will manage internal and external audit processes and to drive a service-wide focus on practice improvement and staff and service development and You will be key in the development of staff and provide advice and consultation,
as appropriate, to partner agencies working with children who have offended.
