Pensions Officer
Rate: £23.83 Umbrella OR £18.22 PAYE (depending on your choice of payment)
Hybrid - mix of home and office/onsite client premises
Location: North West London
Contract: 21 weeks (Initial 5 months)
Hours per week: 35
Role Purpose
- To lead and provide a comprehensive Teachers and NHS Pensions Administration service to employees within the Local Authority
- Key accountability in managing the provision of a high-quality pensions service that meets service standards and complies with statutory regulations. The post holder to provide specialist advice and administration support on Teachers and NHS Pension issues.
- Technical Pensions knowledge to support with troubleshooting pensionable service errors.
- To undertaking statutory reporting to Pensions Regulator and Pensions schemes.
- To work as part of the HR Service in developing a highly customer focused and engaged service, whilst working with in the Council's framework of policy and procedures as led by Government Legislation.
